Health and safety

Breathwork is powerful work. It does not replace medical or psychological care. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, a psychiatric diagnosis, or any condition you are unsure about, speak with your doctor before practicing and tell your facilitator before a session. You participate in classes, events and trainings at your own responsibility.

Purchases and memberships

Studio memberships, event tickets and training seats are purchased through our Squarespace store, and its checkout terms apply. Facilitator training seats: if life gets in the way before the cohort begins, your seat moves to the next cohort. [ADD REFUND / CANCELLATION SPECIFICS.]

Content and music

All content on this site, including Toby's music, class recordings and training materials, belongs to MindDate. Certified facilitators receive a license to use the Kick-Off Music Library in their own paid sessions. Everything else: please ask first.
